Description:
Our improved CAN-NetTest III+ portable network tester fills the growing need for mobile testing and diagnostic tools used to maintain and service in-place CAN networks.
Designed specially for hand-held diagnostics and configuration of CAN-based networked components,NetTest III+ is an affordable, robust, mobile alternative to PC and Laptop-based analysis systems. Designed for field engineers to log data, update on-site system configurations, troubleshoot systems, and communicate logged data or configurations via email or memory card with the distanced engineering facilities.
In order to generate customer-specific applications, libraries are provided for NetTest III+ in C source-code. These libraries allow for the control of the keypad, display, PCMCIA drive, and memory and CAN components. New applications can be uploaded from a PC into a PCMCIA card and then put into the Flash memory of the NetTest III+. If CAN messages are recorded on the memory card
during data-logging, there is a PC downloader which reads the data from the memory card and saves it as a binary file in the PC. By using a suitable converter, the binary file can be converted for use in standard PC programs(e.g. Excel) for statistical analysis, visualization, and review.
Standards Compliance: CAN 2.0B
